1. Who we are
Gang Gang Dance AI (ganggangdanceai.lol) is an AI dance-video creation studio. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google, or with any artist, choreographer, or dance trend referenced on this site.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for the activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country. Keep your email account secure.
3. Plans and billing
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year until you cancel from the billing page. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude local taxes. We do not offer a free tier.
4. The rendering queue
Generation runs on shared capacity. During busy periods your request may wait in a queue, and priority depends on your plan. We may adjust limits or queue behavior to keep the service available for everyone.
5. Your content
You keep the rights you have in the photos and prompts you upload, and you are responsible for making sure you have the right to use them. Videos generated with an active paid plan may be used commercially, subject to the rights of any people, pets, characters, or third-party material depicted.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Gang Gang Dance AI to create content that infringes copyright, impersonates a real person without consent, depicts minors inappropriately, or breaks the law. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
7. AI output
Generated videos are produced by automated models and may contain artifacts, identity drift, or imperfect anatomy. Review every clip before publishing. You are responsible for following each platform’s rules for disclosing AI-generated or altered media.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the stage online, but the service is provided "as is" and may change or pause features while we improve it. We may update these terms; the version that applies to your subscription is the one published when you subscribe.
